Q: After I order a product or come to an event, will you help me with any questions?
A:Often I offer a post event mentoring call. My support staff are available by email and phone. All customers receive lifetime support.
Q: I heard you're an excellent accountant/I need an accountant who understands my special needs as a property investor. Can I book an appointment with you?
A: I am afraid I no longer practice as an accountant. However you are welcome to book an appointment with someone from my previous accountancy practice - Active Financial Answers - who have offices in Sydney, Melbourne and the Sunshine Coast.
Q: I heard you talking on the radio/at an event. Could you come and chat at something I'm running?
A: Fill in an application form for me to speak, and I will seriously consider your proposal.
Q: I would like to organise a private, 1-on-1 session with Dymphna?
A. As my main aim is to affect as many lives for the better as possible, I no longer offer private, 1-on-1 sessions, no matter how much you ofter to pay me! You can often learn far more by taking part in a program or event where you can learn from other people's experiences and questions too. At many of my events, I bring along a team of consultants who have been trained in my ways who offer free one-on-one consultations. You also have the option to make an appointment with one of the team at Active Financial Answers or Investor Loans Network
Q. I would like to take part in a mentoring program of Dymphna's/do some training through her.

Q: Why would someone who has a multi-million dollar property portfolio even bother telling others how to do it?
A:Because I genuinely want to affect more people, more lives for the positive.
Q: I'm outside of Australia. Will your events/products be able to help me make money and property invest?
A:Absolutely. Geography will not limit the potential of my strategies to make you money or property invest. And soon I will be launching a new website all about global real estate investing. Stay tuned!
Q: Can ANYONE benefit from your teachings?
A:You must be willing to put into place what I teach and everyone will achieve things at a different pace and in a different way, but yes, anyone can potentially benefit from my teachings.
Q: Are you interested in doing a joint venture?
